With the lessons learned from his first bid still fresh “we need to get better at this” has been his operating mantra. In 2006 he became one of the first APMP Certified Professionals and approved trainers. In 2007 he founded Bid to Win Ltd and has provided certification training in UK, Europe, India and the US. He has been a frequent presenter at APMP UK and International conferences. His focus has been on helping organisations improve their capability and maturity and on promoting good practice from the world of project management. He is a volunteer in the APM Contracts and Procurement Specific Interest Group where he continues to pursue his interest making sure that projects “do what they promise” and users get the benefits that taxpayers and/or shareholders paid for.
