Karen Althen is Senior Bid Manager and has been involved in bid production and bid management for around 15 years. Throughout her career she has been excited by change and growth in the company. Karen enjoys working on and winning complex bids, particularly under the Competitive Dialogue procedure where she has been involved in managing significant wins.

Karen is qualified to APMP Professional level. Karen is Events Director for APMP UK and she organises member events throughout the country and enjoys meeting people and mentoring members through the certification process.

She has been previously presented at APMP UK national conference and the International Conference in the USA in addition to presenting at local events throughout the UK.
