Shubhada is APMP certified at the Practitioner level and this year’s APMP’s 40 under 40 awardee. She has recently debuted at the APMP WBVE, sharing her experiences and learning about Proposal Management in IT industry. Currently, she working as a proposal quality reviewer with Fujitsu Consulting India. She has over 14 years of experience into Presales and Business Development. Through her career span, she has served various roles such as project engineer, system design engineer, technical writer, manual tester and proposal manager. While working on her first proposal for an intelligent traffic management system, she caught the proposal bug and she never looked back. The ability to bridge the gap between Sales and Solution Delivery is what intrigues her about the Presales function. She is a budding grammar stickler and in her current role, she provides feedback on improving the compelling nature of the proposals.
Shubhada holds a Bachelor degree in Instrumentation and Control from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a post-graduate Diploma in Operations Management. Shubhada has received appreciation for her creativity and commitment to the role at multiple instances. She has also received APMP’s inaugural
Charlie Divine Scholarship for certification in 2019. Shubhada enjoys travelling, music and photography. She is an avid reader and finds Haruki Murakami’s storytelling style quite interesting. She is also learning violin and recently picked up the K-Pop fever too.
