Baachu and APMP Showdown - Battle of the Study Guide - Episode 15

In this episode, we delve into the ongoing copyright dispute between Baachu and APMP. Specifically, we discuss the second copyright claim made against Baachu regarding its APMP Foundation Study Guide, which was published online in January 2020. Baachu strongly rejects this claim, stating that the study guide was developed by its team and does not infringe on any existing intellectual property rights. We examine the backstory of Baachu's mission and the comprehensive APMP Foundation Study Course it created to serve the unique needs of its self-study students, and how Baachu generated approximately $575,000 for APMP. We also question the fairness and transparency of APMP's decision to revoke Baachu's ATO status based on allegations from March 2019 and January 2020, which were not raised until more than two years later. Ultimately, Baachu remains committed to providing equal opportunities for professional development to individuals in under-served geographies, and stands by the quality and integrity of its study materials.
