Tori's mission is to change the view of mental health and neurodivergence withing the bid and proposal industy. Having experience writing proposals for defense contractors, IT companies, and staffing firms, Tori has seen how different company cultures promote, or ignore, the mental health of their proposal teams (and the rest of the company).

As a neurodivergent proposal manager, she has faced challenges in her career, but also sees the strenghts that comes with having diverse proposal teams. As a senior proposal manager and Chair of APMP's Mental Health Affinity Board, Tori hopes to help others prioritize their mental health and change the stimga that surrounds mental health.

Tori has a Masters of Public Policy in Social and Health Policy from American University and her Bachelors in Political Science and Sociology from Russell Sage Collge. She is an APMP Foundation Certified member.
