She helps build customer-centric messaging, content, and narratives, achieving goals and winning her clients more business.

With an overall +80%-win rate and 100%-win rate with some clients, along with countless successful proposals and collaborations in her over 35 years of experience, Juliet is your go-to-writer. She writes for the reader and for the win.

Her experience as proposal reviewer for local agencies and the states of Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, provides a unique perspective to proposal development. She understands the reader’s/reviewer's perspective, producing a clear, easy reading and reviewing responses.

Juliet is an FSU graduate, with English and Master of Public Administration degrees. She has both Shipley Proposal Manager and Writer certifications and is Association of Proposal Management Professionals certified.
