Moinuddin Salman has progressive experience of working in fortune 500 MNC’s across ICT, Aviation and IT Healthcare and has held roles within Deal Management, Commercials and Pricing, Business/Sales Strategy and Planning, while leading deals with contract value ranging from $2M to $100M. His expertise lies in his strong forte in Business Development and Sales Operations from the 18 years of of his experience in driving Business Development and Sales operations and leading multiple initiatives involving cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and cost optimization. Moinuddin also posses great skill in dDeal Management and Pricing, specifically in formulating deal strategies, preparing costing & pricing models, owning PnL of deals and following firm’s revenue recognition policies to maintain healthy cash flows.
Moinuddin led the initiative of redefining Bid management and to identify and create Account plan for strategic accounts though which he developed the talent for building platform for Business growth. He also hols the skills of Technical compliance, negotiation, and contract closure that helps him to review technical compliance and align with solution architects, manage internal and external stakeholders, lead contract negotiations and closures.
