Kelsie Ware (PMP, APMP) is a proposal development professional with extensive experience in proposal writing and management specializing in compliance assurance. Before becoming a full-time proposal manager, Kelsie worked at DIA as a contractor with the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC). At NMEC, she managed the Reporting and Dissemination office as well as served as Assistant PM and practiced hands on management approaches with Media Exploitation Services, developing successful Training Programs, and managing government Reporting and Production Development. Prior to joining DIA, Kelsie spent six years as an Arabic Linguist and Signals Intelligent Analyst for the U.S. Army. In her free time, she maintains her 10-acre farm in rural Virginia including horses, chickens, dogs, cats, and a variety of reptiles.
