Richard Goodwin is the MD of JGA Group, the UK-based organization which provides innovative apprenticeships focused on A] sales, marketing and communications and B] civil service professions. He joined the company in 1993 as a non-executive director and worked up his way up to become the Managing Director of the organization in 2014. Richard also holds the role of Managing Director at Progress Minded, the EPAO specializing in digital and careers/employability related apprenticeships. Richard is also a Fellow of Association of Professional Sales and is an active member of APMP UK.
Richard holds a degree in Economics and International Studies from University of Warwick and later took his MBA from the Warwick Business School. He also gives back to the society by volunteering as a Speaker on Leadership to Scholarship Students at the University of Warwick.
