Pippa set up Pipster Solutions in 2012, with the aim of providing a simple, effective bid writing service. It has become much more than that; a successful, sustainable business with over 30 clients winning the work they need to keep their own businesses running. over the last 5 years, Pipster’s services have evolved. Today Pipster is a team of 7 in 15 months, still providing quality writing, but also bid management and coaching.

Going solo – becoming a freelancer: I’ve got the story of me going freelance and I’ve got tips for the journey for those are thinking about it, or those that are doing it but want advice

Growing my team – Basically the mad story of how I’ve gone from 1 to 7 in 15 months and the things I’ve learnt along the way. Also thinking about moving into the next transition of Pipster of performance and org structure, do we want more growth etc.
